The Biltmore Estate’s Business and Hospitality Training Programs Are Now Available on a New Website for the Biltmore Center for Professional Development
ASHEVILLE, N.C., Aug. 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — The BiltmoreÃ‚® Center for Professional Development (BCPD), the professional training division of The Biltmore Estate, has just launched its new website at http://bcpd.biltmore.com.
BCPD specializes in continuing education and leadership development for business leaders, hospitality staff, sales teams, and management. Their courses are used to meet the training needs for a variety of businesses in the Southeastern U.S., including state government agencies. The BCPD offers courses in leadership training, supervisory training, hospitality training and team building as well as custom programs tailored to fit the needs of a specific group.
The Biltmore Center for Professional Development was created in 2009 as a way to share The Biltmore Estate’s high standards of service. The practices that helped the Biltmore Estate evolve as a leader in the hospitality industry are covered in “The Biltmore Way,” one of the many course offerings. This training can also be added to other programs to create a well-rounded course of study for any business group.
The new site includes a description of the courses offered by The Biltmore Center for Professional Development as well as an explanation of what is included in the half-day, one-day, and two-and-a-half day versions of each course. Also included in the new site are short biographies of the executive speakers, the top executives on the Biltmore Estate team who participate in the teaching of many BCPD classes.
In addition to course descriptions and registration information the new site includes a blog with tips and articles pertaining to professional and hospitality training and a product section featuring BCPD’s customer service training DVD Beyond Customer Service: Gracious Hospitality the Biltmore Way.
