Franklin Mining and EcoSystem Partners, LLC Sign Definitive MOU to Provide Broadband Technology and Services to Bolivian Mine Operations

Franklin Mining, Inc. (OTC: FMNJ) has signed a definitive Memorandum of Understanding to provide Broadband technology and services to their Bolivian Joint Venture partners. In making this announcement, Jaime Melgarejo emphasized that while negotiations are not yet complete, Franklin Mining is committed to providing their COMIBOL and miners' cooperative partners with all possible technology.
"Franklin Mining and EcoSystem Partners, LLC, Sarasota, Florida, are joining forces to provide our Bolivian Joint Venture partners with Broadband technology and services designed specifically to help in improving mine safety and reducing operating costs." In making today's announcement, Mr. Melgarejo adds that by introducing Broadband technology and services to the Cerro Rico's mining operations, the entire local community will have access to significantly improved communications for healthcare, education and commerce. "Working together, Franklin and EcoSystem Partners will bring new and more productive technology to mining operations in Bolivia while encouraging economic growth and development."
