Foundation Coal Announces Availability of 2006 First Quarter Conference Call

Foundation Coal Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:FCL) today announced that the company plans to report its 2006 first quarter results before the market opens on Wednesday, April 26, 2006.
A conference call to review the results and current business conditions is scheduled to follow at 10:00 a.m. EDT that morning.

Foundation Coal Holdings, Inc., through its affiliates, is a major U.S. coal producer with 13 coal mines and related facilities in several states including Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Illinois, and Wyoming.
