LONDON (Hollywood Reporter) - The new James Bond movie "Casino Royale" will make its world premiere in London on November 14, organizers said Wednesday.
The screening at the Odeon Leicester Square represents the annual Royal Film Performance, with all funds raised going to the Cinema & Television Benevolent Fund.
Regional premieres will be staged 24 hours later in Glasgow, Newcastle, Birmingham, Leeds and Plymouth, the charity said. "Casino Royale" will roll out across Britain and North America on November 17.
The movie, directed by Martin Campbell, marks the introduction of Daniel Craig as the secret agent 007.
Bond previously enjoyed a royal occasion as "Die Another Day" was selected for the same honor in 2002. Last year's world premiere of "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" got the royal nod.
