Expert Aid for Bath

Miners from South Wales are helping to save hundreds of homes in one of England’s most picturesque cities. They are helping to stabilise stone mines under Bath, amid fears for houses above the Combe Down mines.
About 160 people are working on the project, many of them former miners who worked in the Valleys.
