Peak Performance Announces the Launch of Media Mobile for Insurance and Risk Management

Peak Performance Solutions, Inc. (www.peakpsi.com) announces the launch of Media Mobile, a new mobile solution for Insurance Companies and Risk Management Organizations. Media Mobile was developed from Peak's Mojungle technology which supports the virtual community approach through the mobile capture, storage and sharing of digital media. Peak acquired Mojungle (www.mojungle.com) in March, with plans to offer this technology to the business community it serves.

Media Mobile integrates cell phone technology and mobile communication devices with claims and policy administration business applications and functions. With a full complement of capabilities, Media Mobile enhances productivity and improves customer service by allowing users to communicate online and in real time with core business applications.

Media Mobile is a revolutionary shift for the insurance industry in that it allows core information and application processing to be done in real time via cell phones, and other mobile devices. Media Mobile lets agents, claims staff and policyholders submit claims, policy and other information directly to carriers. Carriers can use Media Mobile to communicate with agents, policyholders, claimants, and others - improving data accuracy and reducing processing time.

With Media Mobile, claims can be reported at the time of occurrence, with submission of photos and videos of an accident scene, damaged vehicles, or other damaged property. Personalized interviews and mobile claims investigation functions are a reality with Media Mobile.

Media Mobile supports policy administration functions such as risk and safety inspections, risk analysis, and policy issuance by allowing information to be sent directly to and from agents, policyholders and carriers. This information can be stored in their mobile devices for later use.
