November 9, 2011

New Weber Label Peeler is a very simple low cost, easy to use way to automatically peel and then affix (by hand) all kinds of self-stick (pressure sensitive adhesive) labels such as those used for: tabbing, shipping, sealing self mailers, changing product bar codes, identifying products and more.

Toms River, NJ (PRWEB) November 09, 2011

New Weber Label Peeler is a very simple, low cost, easy to use way to automatically peel and then affix (by hand) all kinds of self-stick (pressure sensitive adhesive) labels such as those used for: tabbing, shipping, sealing self mailers, changing product bar codes, identifying products and more.

This small, (footprint is: 7â x 10â) desktop new Weber Label Peeler can sit on a desk or table as a simple but very efficient, easy to use hand operated, non-electric machine. It is made to easily and quickly remove from backing sheets a wide variety of pressure sensitive (self adhesive) labels.

The machine operator first loads a sheet of labels into the Weber Label Peeler. The bottom of the sheet of labels is pulled down to automatically peel the labels off of the backing sheet. Next, the operator hand affixes those peeled labels (one at a time) where needed.

This new low cost Weber Label Peeler is much faster at peeling pressure sensitive, self adhesive labels than doing the same time consuming and very boring âœlabel peeling jobâ using the old fashioned way of monotonously removing hundreds of labels, one at a time, by hand alone.

Originals By Weber, Terry Weber, owner, of Toms River, NJ announces immediate availability of the new hand-operated Weber Label Peeler.

Weber Label Peeler invention is non-electric. In fact, it’s simplicity and practicality makes it rather attractive to most users. This desktop office âœmachineâ can be used to automatically peel pressure sensitive, self-stick address labels, as well as shipping labels and many other label sizes such as: those very small tab labels used to seal self-mailers and the labels used to change or up-date barcodes.   It handles all kinds labels that are on letter size (8 1/2″ x 11″) backing sheets.

The new Weber Label Peeler makes old fashioned “manual-by-hand ” label peeling and affixing much faster than ever before. The new Weber Label Peeler is used in home and business offices where several small mailing lists are put on computers. These lists are then used to make frequent small mailings (weekly or monthly for example) to customers, sales reps, or clients. The names and addresses are printed from the computer onto letter size sheets of die-cut pressure sensitive address label stock (Example: Avery).

To get out a mailing, an office worker is given the tedious job of peeling those address labels, one at a time, from the sheet and then affixing them by hand onto an envelope. Doing this job purely by hand (without this new Weber Label Peeler) is a time consuming; slow, tedious job that is sheer drudgery for the person doing the work.

This simple, hand operated non-electric, low cost, new Weber Label Peeler âœmachineâ speeds up the process by as much as 350 labels per hour. This means the labels are peeled and affixed about twice as fast as peeling by hand alone because the mechanical advantage of the new Weber Label Peeler it makes manual label peeling and affixing much faster, much easier and more automatic.

How the new Weber Label Peeler Works:

(1) An operator puts a sheet of labels into the machine.

(2) Next a gentle pull on the bottom of the sheet moves a row of 3 labels into position where they can be peeled off the backing sheet one row and one label at a time.

(3) The worker then picks off the first label in the row and affixes it to an envelope.

(4) Then picks off the next label, affixes it.

(5) Picks off the last label in the row and affixes it.

To make the next row of labels move up, the operator again pulls down on bottom of the sheet, and another row of labels pop up into position for removal by hand as before.

Weber Label Peeler can be used to peel any label that will fit into a width of up to 9-inches. It can also be used with roll labels (that is: when your labels are in a roll, instead of flat & mounted on backing sheets)

Summary:

Use the new Weber Label Peeler to speed up the very tedious job of hand affixing small quantities of pressure sensitive labels. The new Weber Label Peeler makes the job easier because it is like having a 3rd hand to help the operator get the boring, tedious and time consuming label peeling jobs done – much faster than ever before.
