PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) June 15, 2012

InventHelp®, America´s largest invention submission company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from New York, has designed a treadmill that would help to reduce impact while running. This invention is patented.

“The Sand Track/Ultimate Impact-Absorbing Treadmill” could help to reduce impact and pressure on the joints, and would be suitable for both everyday exercise and rehabilitation. The invention would simulate the feel of running on the beach on dry sand away from the water, and could be used with shoes or barefoot. According to the inventor, The Sand Track/Ultimate Impact-Absorbing Treadmill would also be ideal for the training of a professional athlete.

The invention would be a modified treadmill that could include a sand-filled rubber deck, but would also be the same size as a conventional treadmill except for the deck size and the weight of the sand. The sand would provide a cushioning effect for the runner. It could also be equipped with a removable fan, which would fold up from one side of the control panel.

“I´m a fitness enthusiast who enjoys running on the treadmill,” said the inventor. “I worry about how the existing treadmill decks might exert a pounding effect on my joints. Running on The Sand Track removes all of the wear and tear associated with running on a traditional treadmill while making twice as many gains and improved running abilities.”

InventHelp® is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor. For more information, telephone Dept. 09-MTN-1318 at (800) 851-6030.
