Distributor of U.S. Made Wind Chimes set to Help Dallas Services Fall Festival Raise Funds and Awareness for Individuals with Special Needs and other Disabilities

Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) July 11, 2012

Eco Wind Chimes, a subsidiary of Just One Moon, the leading provider of fair-trade and environmentally responsible international products, has announced their support for the Dallas Services Fall Festival benefiting the Dallas Day School.

The distributor of fine-tuned outdoor chimes and personalized slate squares will supply a 60 inch tall Tenor Quartal Wind Chime with a retail value of $399, for display at the festival´s silent auction. Attendees will have a chance to bid on the donation, with the highest offer taking home their purchase, and proceeds to benefit the Dallas Day School. Sounds from the chime honor American Composers.

“We really enjoy contributing to the local community, especially when it comes to education,” said Stephen Betzen, co-owner of Eco Wind Chimes. “The Dallas Day School also holds a personal connection since my wife is a speech therapist that previously rendered their students´ services via her company, Dallas Reading and Language Services.”

“We are thrilled Eco Wind Chimes will support our fundraiser for the 4th in a row. Their products are always very popular at our silent auction, with the typical winning bid selling above retail price,” said Tom Turnage, Director of Dallas Services. “Proceeds from the Fall Festival will benefit the Dallas School educational programs and services for our student body and their families. We are grateful to all who support our annual event as it means greater access to special programs for kids who require disability services.”

Eco Wind Chimes encourages other businesses and individuals to contribute to this great cause. There is still time to sign up for the fall fundraiser.

ABOUT ECO-WIND CHIMES:

In January of 2005, the parent company of Eco Wind Chimes, Just One Moon, was founded on the belief that any company has a responsibility to the community they live in. It must care for the community’s people, the environment and the company’s customers. The two pillars of our foundation, ethics and sustainability, arise from this belief in our responsibility. Along with Fair Coffee (FairCoffee.com), Just One Moon’s other daughter company, we represent two approaches to fair business: one which recognizes the importance of sustainable international trade, and another which recognizes the value of fair-paying jobs at home, jobs that build our local economies. Both show the quality products that result from fairness.
