The owner of Ideal Fitness Trends has just released a brand new video all about how one can go about losing their love handles without fad dieting, boring exercise routines, or starving themselves to death.

Jared DiCarmine, the owner of Ideal Fitness Trends has just released a brand new video for people looking for ways on how to lose love handles. Love handles, or what is known as the fat around one´s midsection is a very stubborn body-part that millions of people all over the world strive to improve on every single day. Plus, this type of exercise does not allow the metabolism to be raised for hours on end, unlike other forms of exercise such as weight-training, circuit training and even intense interval training.

DiCarmine believes that the best exercises for love handles and to see rapid results is through the use of metabolic conditioning workouts while using resistance training such as dumbbell or machines while combined with cardio-conditioning drills designed to keep one´s heart-rate elevated and burning hundreds of calories.
