For a limited time, all current and new ResilienceONE users have FREE access to instant outbound conference calls through ZipBridge Emergency Conference Calling services.
With the ZipBridge integration, ResilienceONE users are able to pull up a Call List or create one on the fly, and launch a ZipBridge conference call for all the people on the list. Each participant can be called on two different numbers, and if the calls are not answered ZipBridge sends an SMS text message and/or email with instructions on how to call in later. This assures that as many response team members as possible are aware of the situation and able to communicate simultaneously on a conference call.
This latest capability being offered to ResilienceONE users provides a free opportunity to add a higher degree of confidence for executing crisis plans managed in ResilienceONE. There is no need to maintain information in dual systems; information kept current in ResilienceONE is passed dynamically to ZipBridge when a call is launched from within the Notification section of ResilienceONE.
