enChoice Acquires ECM Practice from Lighthouse Computer Services
Acquisition increases enChoice service offerings and expands market position.

enChoice announces the acquisition of the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) practice of Lighthouse Computer Services. This acquisition includes Lighthouse customers, contracts and personnel who specialize in ECM, further strengthening enChoice´s leadership position and market share.
Lighthouse Computer Services has over fifteen years´ experience providing consulting, design and integration services for IBM systems. Lighthouse developed its ECM practice covering the Northeast region in response to its existing and new client needs. Since 2007, the investments Lighthouse made in developing the offerings was very successful and its customer base started to expand nationally. As a result, the decision was made to look for a partner who has the capability to serve customers on a national basis. Lighthouse´s criteria included companies that specialize in multi-vendor ECM offerings through the delivery of vertical solutions, has a large support infrastructure with high customer satisfaction ratings to minimize customer disruption and complementary professional services skills to ensure deployment success. Lighthouse decided enChoice was the perfect fit given their twenty years of experience in the ECM market.
