Eagan, Minnesota (PRWEB) June 25, 2013

YogaSoul Center in Eagan is offering new opportunities for people who have special requests in their yoga practice.

The yoga center recently began offering YogaHips, a gentle class that focuses on stretching and creating space and healing in the lower back and hips. That area can be problematic for many people.

“When attention is given to these areas, we have an increased chance to achieve sustainable relief from lower back pain,” said Della McGee, yoga instructor and healer at YogaSoul.

YogaSoul also recently began offering YogaShoulders, a special yoga class designed to heal the shoulders, which are often tense for many people due to the amount of time spent at a desk and in the car.

YogaSoul keeps in mind these special needs when designing yoga and Pilates classes. Its offerings are unique and include classes for specific needs, including candlelight restorative and meditation, intuitive yoga taught by an intuitive instructor tailoring the class to the group’s needs, YogaSoul Barre Pilates and more.

YogaSoul Center’s mission is to help clients win the battle against stress. It has an extensive class offering in several styles of yoga, including Kundalini, Hatha and Yin. It boasts a fully equipped STOTT Pilates studio and also offers Tai Chi. Its full roster of teachers and healers provide clients with a variety of healing services, including intuitive readings, Reiki, Thai yoga bodywork, Ayurveda, energy work and several others. YogaSoul also hosts special workshops and yoga teacher training.
