Mortgage Master Names Jimmy Yerman Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager

Mortgage Master, a super-regional mortgage bank and one of the Country’s largest privately-owned mortgage companies, announced today it has promoted 23 years mortgage industry veteran Jimmy Yerman as its new Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager. In his new role, Mr. Yerman will focus on increasing Mortgage Master’s market penetration, retail branch network and team of mortgage originators, while providing borrowers the best possible pricing and service in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington, DC. Mr. Yerman will be based in Baltimore, Maryland, where he is also the Branch Manager of one of Mortgage Master’s most successful branches.

Mr. Yerman has over 23 years of industry experience and knowledge in loan production, recruiting, credit and property underwriting, loan administration as well as loss mitigation and property management. Previous to joining Mortgage Master in September of 2011, Mr. Yerman worked at Prospect Mortgage, where he was Branch Manager in Baltimore, Maryland. Previously he held branch management leadership positions in Maryland at Sun Trust Mortgage, Dynamic Capital Management and RE Mortgage Funding, LLC. Mr. Yerman, a consistent top ranked producer, began his mortgage origination career working as a loan originator at Great Financial Mortgage Corporation, Maryland Home Mortgage Corporation and Merit Mortgage Company. Mr. Yerman, who is a graduate of Boston University, remains involved with the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and Home Builders Association of Maryland.
