Intervention of the Israeli Peace Forces Required to Halt the Aggression Against the Palestinians in Gaza

In the light of the Israeli prolonged aggressions and siege against Gaza Strip and the rest of the Palestinian territories, an urgent intervention from the Israeli Peace members and movements is crucial. Statements by extremist Israelis and senior Israeli Officials endangers the future of the whole region; it is outrageous to watch the military institution seeking coverage from the Israeli judicial bodies to carry on its aggression against Palestinian heavily populated areas. Not only they shell innocent people, but want to make it legal and official. 120 Palestinian victims, including 20 children and 16 women were killed and hundreds were wounded in the 5 days Israeli aggressions against Gaza Strip; destruction of the infra structure, shortage of health, fuel and food supplies are additional dangers for the Gazan people. The Israeli government aggression against Gaza Strip has been condemned by the Palestinians and Israeli peace forces. The hostile calls of MP Katz to destroy Gaza Strip from air and to follow the steps of the Russian in destroying Grozny, and Vilnai’s threats to launch a holocaust against Gaza Strip are outrageous and provocative to all; peaces loving Jews and sane people all over the world have been offended by those statements. The Department of Arab and International Relations addresses the Israeli peace forces to make an urgent intervention to help preventing more catastrophes from happening in Gaza and the West Bank in order to enhance the chances towards establishing an independent Palestinian State next to Israel.
