Lawyer: MacKenzie Phillips in Rehab

MacKenzie Phillips' lawyer says the singer and actress has entered a rehabilitation facility following her arrest last week for suspected drug possession.
Phillips, who has battled an addiction to drugs for years, was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport after she allegedly tried to carry what appeared to be heroin and cocaine through airport security.
The daughter of the Mamas and the Papas singer John Phillips has since been charged with two felonies -- alleged possession of heroin and cocaine. She was also hit with the misdemeanor charge of alleged unauthorized possession of a hypodermic needle or syringe, People.com said.
Prosecutors have said that, if convicted, Phillips faces three years and eight months behind bars for the two felonies and six months in jail for the misdemeanor.
Attorney Blair Berk told People magazine Wednesday that the former "One Day at a Time" sit-com star checked into rehab seeking treatment for her problems.
TMZ.com reported this is Phillips' 10th stint in rehab.
