NAIROBI (Reuters) – A Kenyan magistrate acquitted three menon Monday of conspiracy in the 2002 suicide bombing of anIsraeli-owned hotel that killed 15 people.
“I have come to the conclusion that the prosecution hasfailed beyond reasonable doubt to prove its case. I find themnot guilty and set them free,” Chief Magistrate AggrayMuchelule told the court.
