British police arrest second man in bomber hunt

LONDON (Reuters) - British police have arrested a second person under anti-terrorism laws in a hunt for four men wanted for failed bomb attacks on London's transport system two weeks after suicide bombers killed 52 commuters.
"He was taken into custody last night," a police spokeswoman told Reuters. "He was arrested in the Stockwell area (of London)." She gave no further details.
