LONDON (Reuters) - British police said they were standing down after a security alert caused by a fire on a bus in central London on Tuesday prompted them to seal off streets in the capital.
"It's a fire," said a police spokesman after officers rushed to a bus which had smoke coming from it near Kings Cross station. "We put cordons in as a precaution. It's been looked at and it's only a fire."
