Aftershock Sports Equipment announces its opening and provides equipment and services for golf, tennis, softball, baseball, and football for players of all ages. Indoor batting cages and a golf swing analyzer with course simulator are open every day.

Montgomery, TX (PRWEB) August 13, 2011

Aftershock is the only sports store in Montgomery and has a wide variety of equipment for every level of play. Dennis Teague runs the store and offers experienced advice on products for all sports. Aftershock has indoor batting cages to demo bats before purchasing, as well as rental for personal and team use. The golf simulator and putting green are ideal for trying out clubs or perfecting your swing. Tennis racquet stringer, Steve Swaynie, is widely known in the area and strings exclusively for Aftershock. He also provides expert advice on equipment. In-store lessons for softball, baseball, and golf from various professionals make Aftershock stand out from the typical sports equipment store.

“Dennis knows the new bat rules and saved me from purchasing the wrong bat at another store. Since you can’t return bats, his information was key. We set up hitting lessons after that, which definitely helped my son make All-Stars this year,” said a Montgomery dad. “Without Dennis and Aftershock, we wouldn’t have gotten as far.”

Aftershock provides uniforms for teams of all sizes, custom embroidery, and bling shirts for fans. Aftershock is expanding its apparel departments and is excited to have Tail for tennis. A variety of local team spirit-wear is available for all ages. The sports medicine section, headed by Dr. Jennifer Chilek, offers premium vitamins and supplements, as well as sports braces and therapies for sports-related injuries.

“Aftershock is vital to the community- no more running from town to town trying to find equipment from various stores. They have what we need, or they will find a way to get it,” said Brian Hefner, Montgomery resident and father of softball and baseball players.
