Stephen Colbert Mentions Revolution PAC

Colbert Report host includes Revolution PAC in Super PAC Discussion

On the Monday August 8th episode of the Colbert Report, host Stephen Colbert made mention of the newly formed Revolution PAC creating buzz among websites dedicated to Congressman Ron Paul’s base.

Chris Rye, the co-writer and co-producer of the Ron Paul documentary film “For Liberty: How the Ron Paul Revolution Watered the Withered Tree Of Liberty,” notified fellow members of the PAC through an internal memo, “The Revolution PAC was just mentioned on Stephen Colbert, and the logo was shown! Boom!”

The Tuesday morning “POLITICO Playback” featured Colbert’s mention of the PAC.

Revolution PAC President Gary Franchi stated of Colbert’s mention, “I’m happy to see our efforts to support Congressman Paul are getting noticed, lets hope Colbert invites Dr. Paul on the ‘Report’ to get him a nice bump before the Primaries.”
