BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraqi police found 20 bodies in a river just north of Baghdad on Sunday, police sources said.
The authorities were trying to determine the identity of the victims and how they were killed, the sources said.
Police have found scores of bodies of people who were shot or beheaded over the last few months, killings which have raised fears that Iraq could be heading toward a sectarian civil war between Shi'ites and Sunnis.
