Mexico security minister dead in helicopter crash

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) – Mexico’s public security minister,
a key figure in the war against drug cartels, was killed on
Wednesday when his helicopter went down in mountains near the
capital, President Vicente Fox said.
Rescue workers found the burned wreckage of Ramon Martin
Huerta’s aircraft several hours after contact was lost early
into the flight. All nine people on board died, Fox said in a
televised address.
