Google will pay $1 bln for 5 pct AOL stake: report

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Google Inc. plans to pay $1 billion for

a 5 percent stake in Time Warner Inc.'s online unit AOL, The Wall Street Journal reported on Friday, citing people familiar with the situation.
