NEW YORK (Reuters) – Four times Olympian Chris Chelios will
serve as captain of the U.S. ice hockey team for a third
consecutive Winter Games, USA Hockey announced.
The 44-year-old Chelios, who plays for the Detroit Red

Hockey said in a statement.
He was the captain of the U.S. teams at the 1998 and 2002
Winter Games, leading the Americans to a silver medal in Salt
Lake City four years ago.
