An explosion Tuesday at a factory in a Singapore industrial park killed at least four people, but police do not believe it was a terror attack, police said.
The blast occurred on the second floor of a factory building housing shops and offices, police spokeswoman Rachel Yeo said. At least two people were injured.
The cause of the explosion was not immediately known but "police do not believe it was an act of terrorism," Yeo said.
The building is located in the Toa Payoh area of Singapore, home to numerous electronics manufacturing plants, Yeo said.
