Suicide bomber attacks foreign troops: report

KABUL (Reuters) - A suicide car-bomber attacked foreign
troops near the Afghan capital Kabul on Tuesday, a private
Afghan television station reported.

Initial reports suggested only the suicide bomber was
killed, Tolo TV said.

Spokesman for U.S.-led troops and a NATO peacekeeping force
in Afghanistan said they had no information about any attack.

Violence has intensified in Afghanistan in recent months
with scores of people killed in clashes and roadside and
suicide blasts.
