Iraq Car Bomb Kills at Least 3 Civilians

BAGHDAD, Iraq - A car bomb exploded Sunday near the entrance to an American-run base north of Baghdad, killing at least three people, all of them civilians, the U.S. military said.
Two American soldiers were among five people wounded in the blast at the Taji air base shortly before 8 a.m., said Lt. Col. James Hutton, spokesman of the 1st Cavalry Division.
Last Tuesday, a bomb killed 11 Iraqis and wounded 23 others at the 1st Infantry Division's Summerall base near Beiji.
