Judge in Saddam’s Genocide Trial Ousted

BAGHDAD, Iraq – Iraq removed the judge in Saddam Hussein’s trial Tuesday. The judge had previously made statements deemed favorable to the former Iraqi leader, telling him in court one day, "You were not a dictator."
