Judge in Saddam's Genocide Trial Ousted

BAGHDAD, Iraq - Iraq removed the judge in Saddam Hussein's trial Tuesday

. The judge had previously made statements deemed favorable to the former Iraqi leader, telling him in court one day, "You were not a dictator."
