TEL AVIV (Reuters) - An explosion killed three people in a Tel Aviv building on Wednesday in what Israeli police said was apparently a bomb-making accident involving criminals. "Our first assessment is that this was caused by a bomb," Motti Cohen, the local police chief, told reporters.
