On Nov. 2, Barbara Schwartz, chief of the Bureau of Intergenerational Programs for the Illinois Department on Aging, will speak about programs available to assist grandparents or other relatives raising children through age 18. A question-and-answer session will follow.
On Nov. 9, Benjamin Brown, an attorney with Land of Lincoln Legal Assistance Foundation Inc., will discuss debt collection and how caregivers may be affected.
Both programs are from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
