PrimeHoldings.Com, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PMGJ) announced that subsidiary Mindpix, Inc. (www.mindpix.com, www.ultraflexfitness.com) is in receipt of the completed shoulder therapy protocols from the combined efforts of the Arizona Tempe & Scottsdale SPORTS Clinics. These shoulder rehabilitation and therapy protocols are uniquely designed for the UltraFlex device for use in physical therapy clinics worldwide. The growing outpatient rehabilitation market was estimated at $11.3 billion in 2006. As a result of a merger with Pennsylvania-based Benchmark Medical in June 2007, Physiotherapy Associates (http://www.myphysio.com) became the premier outpatient therapy provider in the United States.

“This announcement completes yet another milestone in our product rollout,” stated David R. Ballif, CEO of Mindpix, Inc. “We are now able to commence the next phase of rollout including an industry website launch (therapy), clinician training DVD and taking clinic orders for our UltraFlex product over the coming weeks,” continued Mr. Ballif.

“A majority of our clinic patients require shoulder therapy treatment,” states Keith Kocher PT, FOMT, FAAOMPT, Vice President, Physiotherapy Associates. “By completing development of 13 shoulder exercise protocols specifically for the UltraFlex therapy device every rehabilitation and therapy clinic worldwide has a compelling reason to purchase this unique and effective product,” adds Mr. Kocher.

Mr. Keith Kocher, Vice President, Physiotherapy Associates, is owner of the renowned Tempe SPORTS Clinic in Arizona. The 20,000 sq. ft. Tempe SPORTS Clinic dedicates 65% of its efforts to high school, collegiate and professional athletes including high-profile athletes in Major League Baseball, the NBA, NFL, NHL, PGA and LPGA and Champions tours. The Tempe SPORTS Clinic specializes in performance training and rehabilitation of athletes.
