Try Sainsbury’s Taste The Difference purple carrots – an old- fashioned variety which may tempt them on novelty value alone. They’re just as nutritious. Cut them into flower shapes for more fun.
Carrots mashed with potato
Mash your own or use a ready-made supermarket brand (but not for under-ones because of the added salt). Most kids like the taste and texture of this and it’s still a good source of vitamin A.
