Great-West Healthcare Agreement With IASIS Healthcare Broadens Patients' Choice of Hospitals in Tampa Bay

Great-West Healthcare, a national employee benefits provider, announced today that it has reached a multi-year agreement with IASIS Healthcare that expands its hospital network for members in the Tampa Bay area. Effective Sept. 15, 2007, more than 16,000 Great-West Healthcare members will be able to access IASIS hospitals for in-patient and out-patient services at in-network rates. The agreement includes all Great-West Healthcare plans.
IASIS Healthcare's Tampa Bay facilities include Memorial Hospital of Tampa, Palms of Pasadena Hospital and Town and Country Hospital. Areas of specialty include surgical weight loss, joint replacement, cardiovascular imaging and urologic surgery.
