Advantages of Electronic Health Records for Medicaid Populations Examined in Joint Webinar By Keystone Mercy Health Plan, Memphis Managed Care and MEDecision

MEDecision, Inc. The Webinar, "Deploying Electronic Health Records for the Medicaid Population," will detail how Keystone Mercy, Pennsylvania's largest Medicaid plan, is currently providing a clinically validated, payer-based electronic health record -- the MEDecision Patient Clinical Summary (PCS™) -- to Philadelphia-area emergency room physicians.
It will also analyze how Memphis Managed Care, a participant in Tennessee's TennCare Medicaid program, is planning to deliver the PCS to West Tennessee provider groups and independent practice associations participating in a state-supported, pay-for-performance program.
