Hal Rosenbluth, Chairman of Take Care Health Systems, joins Deputy Mayor Linda Coates and other Fargo business leaders at 9:00 a.m. today for a ribbon cutting ceremony at the first-ever Take Care Health Systems Intellicenter in Fargo. The Intellicenter, located at 4165 30th Avenue Southwest, is the first business of its kind in the city, bringing 43 new jobs to the area. The new positions are an expansion to Take Care Health Systems’ headquarters in Conshohocken, Pa., involving a core focus of recruiting, billing, customer service and credentialing new colleagues.

“Take Care Health Systems is proud to work with the talented workforce in Fargo to support the company’s goal of creating a national footprint of clinics, thus making our health care delivery system available to as many people as possible,” said Hal Rosenbluth, Chairman of Take Care Health Systems. “I know first-hand how caring, productive and hard working North Dakotans are and I’m thrilled to be a part of the professional community once again.”

Rosenbluth returns to North Dakota after his international corporate travel agency, Rosenbluth International, established world-class customer service call centers in multiple cities throughout the state, including Fargo. Rosenbluth is renowned for his ability to inspire world-class customer service and create work environments lauded by the press as the best companies to work for in America.

“I am delighted to lead a team of dynamic professionals in Fargo that will support Take Care Health’s mission to provide access to high-quality, affordable care for all individuals,” said Rhonda McMillan, Director of the Fargo Intellicenter and long-time resident of Fargo/Moorhead. “Our Fargo colleagues bring to the table decades of experience in health care recruiting, billing, customer service and credentialing.”

Take Care Health Systems, a leading manager of convenient care clinics, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Walgreens, the nation’s largest drugstore chain. Take Care Health Clinics are located adjacent to the pharmacy at drugstores nationwide, where nurse practitioners and physician assistants focus exclusively on diagnosis, treatment, screening and vaccinations for common family illnesses.

Take Care Health Providers have treated nearly 200,000 patients since November 2005. Open seven days a week with no appointment necessary, Take Care Health Clinics offers affordable, convenient and high-quality health care. Most commercial insurance plans and Medicare and Medicaid are accepted at the clinics. The average fee for basic services is between $59-$74 for cash payers and/or the uninsured. If insured by a plan that covers a visit to the clinic, patients pay their insurance co-pay.

The company creates an environment that empowers its colleagues through innovative technology, resources, training and benefits so that colleagues can focus on providing the best experience for patients.
