digiMedical Solutions, Inc.'s Proprietary Pharmacy Technology, digiRX, Helps Company Reduce Operating Costs By Over $25,000 Per Month

digiMedical Solutions, Inc.(TM) (PINKSHEETS: DGMS) today announced the company has reduced operating costs by over $25,000 per month since the acquisition of the company's pharmacies in 2006. By leveraging the company's proprietary pharmacy technology, digiRX(TM), and combining and streamlining operations across the company's five consolidated pharmacies, digiMedical has been able to reduce monthly operational costs by over $25,000 per month.

digiRX(TM), a Microsoft-based technology, improves pharmacy efficiency by digitally sending prescriptions from the doctor or clinic directly into the pharmacy workflow system, eliminating several manual, time consuming steps. To continue to reduce costs, digiMedical has also improved purchasing processes, including taking advantage of available competitive pricing. The improved processes have maintained or improved prescription fulfillment quality standards and increased efficiency.

digiMedical has acquired and consolidated seven pharmacies or pharmacy assets over the past fifteen months. The company has successfully implemented its proprietary suite of digital prescription handling software tools, including digiRX, digiRxStream and digiRxComp, across the company's network of doctors and clinics as well as throughout digiMedical's company-owned pharmacies. Additionally, digiMedical became a Microsoft Independent Solutions Vendor (ISV) earlier this year.
