Lex Smith Named Rural Administrator of the Year By Rural Health Association of Oklahoma

Lex Smith of Parkview Hospital in El Reno, was named Rural Administrator of the Year by the Rural Health Association of Oklahoma. In 1984 Smith was appointed administrator of Parkview Hospital, where he has continued his career for more than 20 years.
