VisualMED Technology to Power Executive Health Management System

VisualMED Clinical Solutions Corp. (the "Company") (OTCBB: VMCS) (FRANKFURT: VA6) announces today the selection of the VisualMED Clinical Information System by Plexo Inc. of Montreal. Plexo has also selected Medical.MD interactive web technology.

With over 150 doctors representing some 30 medical specialties, Plexo is involved in the global health assessment of employees, and offers companies a range of services including medical surveillance, prevention, treatment and work re-entry. Plexo has close to one thousand corporate clients and serves 100,000 patients a year.

"This deal is a validation of our new strategic orientation towards the retail sector of healthcare," says Chairman Gerard Dab. The agreement was negotiated in less then six weeks and will pay out half a million by Q1 2008, a turnaround time that reflects the faster momentum of the retail market.

The VisualMED paper free electronic medical record provides a best practice solution and supports streamlined business practice through integration with billing, resource management, scheduling and client-management applications. It supports enhanced communication with referring staff and with patients themselves through automatic role-specific document generation.
