ER Urgent Care Centers Files Its Form SB-2 With the SEC

ER Urgent Care Centers (PINKSHEETS: ERUC) is proud to announce that it has filed its SB-2 registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company had announced previously its intention of becoming a fully reporting company under the 1934 Act, and today made it official. The company is next filing to be listed on the OTCBB following the effectiveness of the SB-2.
