Teresa Batchelor Appointed Controller at Cirrus Health

Cirrus Health, a premier health services organization, announced today the appointment of Teresa Batchelor as Controller for their corporate office. Batchelor will manage the financial operations of the corporate office and provide oversight of the financial operations of its facilities. Batchelor reports directly to Wayne Sparks, Cirrus Health’s Chief Financial Officer.

Batchelor previously served within Triad Hospitals, Inc. in various positions for over six years. Her most recent position as Physician Practice and Integration Controller/Financial Analyst included responsibilities such as the support, education, and training of facility physician practice managers, physician practice Chief Financial Officer and facility Chief Financial Officers in monthly financials, budgeting processes and operation improvement. Prior to her position within Physician Practices and Integration, Batchelor held the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Ambulatory Surgery Center Division within Triad, where she managed the operations of 13 ambulatory surgery centers. Her other positions included Division Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Consultant.

Batchelor received her Bachelors of Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Texas at Dallas, in Dallas, Texas.
