SYOSSET, N.Y., Nov. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Millennium HealthCare Inc. (OTC Pink: MHCC) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Millennium Vascular Management Group has executed a management & service agreement with a physicians group for the opening of their first Vascular AMB-SURG Center in the Greater New York area. This Vascular AMB-SURG Center plans to begin operations by the end of this year.
