2nd Sight´s personalized services are provided by experienced Health Care Consultants (registered Nurses) in the client´s home and/or the offices of the client´s health care providers. Health Care Consultants (HCC) act as a medical liaison to families and individuals who are experiencing a medical crisis or major illness — facilitating proper care management.

The company was founded in response to the increasing needs of people who are overwhelmed by the labyrinth of information and choices. Many people need support, counseling, education and personal assistance to make informed choices in order to gain the best health care management available.

In today´s world, working professionals are faced with busy schedules, compounded by job and personal demands which prevent them from being effective advocates for their loved ones. Consequently, family members feel helpless and worry that their loved ones will not be able to access the appropriate care. Additionally, people often leave appointments without the required information that is needed to guide their future treatments or care management.

Nancy Molson, while also holding a Masters in Nursing, has worked in emergency rooms, out-patient clinics and a children´s hospital. As an educator and a leader in her field, Nancy has dealt with the many challenges confronting people in a medical crisis or major illness.
