SYDNEY and BEDMINSTER, N.J., April 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — QRxPharma (ASX: QRX and OTCQX: QRXPY) is pleased to report that its US commercialisation partner for MoxDuo IR, Actavis, is to be acquired by Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc. The preparations for product launch of MoxDuo IR in Q3, 2012 remain on track and there are no changes to the ongoing strategic partnership agreement with Actavis.
