Curemonos, a grassroots community-based organization that helps medically underserved women with breast health concerns, celebrates its third anniversary on Friday, May 4 at The Park Avenue Club, Florham Park, NJ. Guest speakers include founding member Peter Hyans, M.D., of Summit Medical Group, a sponsor of the event, and U.S. Senator Robert Menendez.

Curemonos, a grassroots community-based organization that helps medically underserved women with breast health concerns, celebrates its third anniversary on Friday, May 4, 7:30 p.m. at The Park Avenue Club, Florham Park. Guest speakers include U.S. Senator Robert Menendez, and Peter Hyans, M.D., of Summit Medical Group.

Plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Peter Hyans, M.D., is Medical Director of the Plastic Surgery Center and Chair of the Department of Surgery and Surgical Specialties at Summit Medical Group’s 1 Diamond Hill Road campus. A board-certified plastic surgeon, he has 15 years´ experience in plastic surgery. His expertise includes facial rejuvenation, body contouring, and cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery. Dr. Hyans is a founding member and board member of Curemonos. Summit Medical Group is a Bronze Sponsor of the event.

Curemonos Founder and Executive Director, Dora Arias notes, “We are humbled by the courage of our survivors, the compassion of healthcare providers, the kindness of our volunteers, the generosity of strangers, and the support of our visionaries. The event features music by Luis Sima and Band, an auction to benefit Curémonos’ programs and additional remarks by Karen Scoff, Curémonos volunteer and product specialist for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics.
