FRC’s Ken Klukowski Available at U.S. Supreme Court for Health Care Law Ruling

WASHINGTON, June 22, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ –Family Research Council (FRC) legal counsel and Director of FRC’s Center for Religious Liberty Ken Klukowski will be available for interviews at the U.S. Supreme Court building on Monday and Tuesday next week, when the Court’s ruling in the health care case is expected to come down.

Klukowski is author of FRC’s amicus briefs in the case. His brief in Florida v. HHS was cited by federal district Judge Roger Vinson in his decision to strike down the entire Obama health plan as unconstitutional. FRC’s brief in NFIB v. Sebelius was cited by the National Federation of Independent Business in its brief before the Supreme Court.

FRC’s briefs have focused on the issue of severability.
