New Book Shares a Mother’s Experience After Her Daughter’s Death
Author Barbara Lauman claims to communicate with her deceased daughter
Denver (PRWEB) August 27, 2012
In “Long Island Medium,” a reality television show on TLC, viewers follow Theresa Caputo as she interacts with people and claims to have contact with their deceased loved ones. Many people are skeptical of her abilities as a medium, but she convinces others to believe she is the real deal. Showing readers that conversations with the deceased can take many forms, Barbara Lauman delivers her new book, “Conversations with my Daughter on the Other Side: The First Year” (published by Balboa Press).
Lauman´s oldest daughter, Courtney, lost her life after a 20-year battle with drug addiction. It is here, at the end of Courtney´s life, that the story of “Conversations with my Daughter on the Other Side” begins. “Life doesn´t end with the death of the body,” says Lauman.
An open-minded person, Lauman was already familiar with automatic writing before the passing of her daughter. After Courtney passed away Lauman decided to give automatic writing another try.
Lauman reports, as is detailed in “Conversations with my Daughter on the Other Side,” that she and Courtney began communicating through automatic writing. Lauman says Courtney delivered messages about what she experienced after her life on Earth ended, what she is learning along her journey, and what she wants to share with others regarding the choices people make and the growth of their souls.
As Lauman says, Courtney wanted to tell people ““¦how to make our time on Earth a more conscious and loving experience.” Lauman attests to this message, claiming that it has already helped her, her family and her friends to live life differently and to become more conscious, compassionate and empathic people.
