US Drug Watchdog Urges AV Rated Personal Injury Law Firms in Each State to Join Their Initiative Aimed at Identifying More Defective Medical Device or Bad Drug Victims

September 6, 2012

The US Drug Watchdog is going to create a much more efficient, and effective way of identifying victims of a defective drug, or medical device to a federal court handling a Multi District Litigation. They say, “At the present time we see little to no evidence MDL steering committees do much in the way of national, or state by state public relations for what seems like an endless line of disasters involving thousands of victims, or even hundreds of the thousands of victims of a defective medical device, or a pharmaceutical product. As an example, when it comes to the metal on metal hip implant disaster we think the victims, or potential victims number in the hundreds of thousands, and we want to attack this disaster-with the goal being every victim, or potential victim gets identified, and compensated.” The US Drug Watchdog’s goal is to get every possible victim of any type of recalled drug, or defective medical device identified, by creating a better way to get the word out. If politics is always local, they are convinced the same is true when it comes to top caliber local law firms representing victims of defective drugs, and or medical devices in their specific states. If a AV rated personal injury, or products liability law firm see’s the upside of this initiative the US Drug Watchdog is hoping they will give them a call at 866-714-6466. http://USDrugWatchdog.Com

The US Drug Watchdog believes the efficient-smart way to get more victims identified to a MDL is to build a team of AV rated plaintiffs law firms in each state, that have intake, and case management capabilities, and then develop a public relations plan that is personalized to each state, with the goal being-get the word out to victims in that specific state. The US Drug Watchdog says, “We are trying to change the Multi District Litigation world by creating a better way to identify victims, and or to increase the number of victims identified to a MDL. Too many US victims of a defective drug, or medical device get left on the curb-holding the bag-with nothing. While MDL’s might be an efficient way to handle thousands of cases-again our big worry is they frequently fail to identify most of the victims. We are trying to develop a more efficient way to get the word out to local victims about a defective pharmaceutical product, or a medical device, with a more effective way to get them into a MDL.” If a AV rated personal injury law firm, or products liability law firm might have an interest in the US Drug Watchdog’s Keep It Local Initiative for defective medical device, or defective pharmaceutical victims, they are encouraged to call the group at 866-714-6466 for more information. http://USDrugWatchdog.Com

The US Drug Watchdog says, “Many US victims of a defective pharmaceutical product, or medical device might not be willing to call a Texas attorney, because they live in New York, or call a California personal injury attorney, if they see a cable TV ad about a defective medical device in Ohio. In many ways the US is like 50 different countries-and it is for this reason we are inviting the very best personal injury law firms, or best products liability law firms in each state to give us a call at 866-714-6466. Because every state is different, our state specific pharmaceutical, or medical device initiatives will all vary-the fact set will be the same, but the atmospherics will be local. Our big target right now are metal on metal hip implants, and we are convinced victims, or potential victims would be more comfortable with AV rated personal injury law firms, in their specific state.” http://USDrugWatchdog.Com

Some examples of initiatives the US Drug Watchdog would like collaborate on with AV rated state specific personal injury, or products liability law firms-where the group feels every one wins.
