Gateway Health Plan Attributes 15 Years of Growth and Superior Service to Collaboration with DST Health Solutions

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Sept. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — DST Health Solutions, LLC, and Gateway Health Plan – announced today – their longstanding collaboration has resulted in the achievement of a number of strategic business objectives for Gateway, including growth, product expansion and a reduced administrative cost ratio. A new case study highlights the background and successes.

Industry-leading Gateway Health Plan, named “One of America’s Best Health Plans” by U.S. News and World Report, boasts membership of 249,000 Medicaid and 28,000 Medicare Advantage dual-eligible members, all serviced by DST Health Solutions’ Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization.
